  • We run 21 group fitness classes weekly, giving you plenty of options to suit your schedule.

  • Our qualified instructors guide you through technique, explain foundation movements, and keep you motivated.

  • We cover strength, cardio, balance, coordination, and conditioning across our different class types.

  • Not at all — every class is beginner-friendly, and instructors provide modifications to suit your fitness level.

  • Yes — we provide modifications so you can continue training safely at every stage.

  • Classes are available to 16 years and above.

  • Classes range between 45-60 minutes.

  • Yes — members register through our online portal (click Book a Class above) with the same email as your membership.

  • Non-members can purchase casual passes via our online portal or at reception for $15.00 (includes class + gym access).

  • Yes — they can grab a casual pass or 10/20-visit pass.

  • Yes, to keep quality high. Booking secures your place.

  • No worries — log back into the portal and rebook another session.

  • Bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout gear. We provide all class equipment.

  • Yes — unlimited classes are included in all Gym + Group memberships and Pass options.

  • Yes — our 9:30am class has a childminder that will watch the children - bookings are essential. Our 5:30pm classes are child-friendly, with our Kids Room available. Children are your responsibility, please keep checking on them.
